An operator issued a SNOOP SETDISCONNECTTMR command specifying a new
disconnect timer value.

ZTMF-TKN-EVTHDR-ProcessType
is the subject token of the event message, and identifies the TMF process that
generated the event. The value of this token for this event is ZTMF-VAL-PROC-
TMP.
ZTMF-TKN-DisconnTimer
contains the new disconnect timer value.
