450: ZTMF-EVT-AlterTmpWaitTimer
An operator or subsystem control program (SPI requester) issued an ALTER TMF
TMPWAITTIMER command, changing the TMPWAITTIMER attribute value.

ZTMF-TKN-EVTHDR-ProcessType
identifies the TMF process that generated the event. The value of this token for
this event is ZTMF-VAL-PROC-TMP.
ZTMF-TMA-TmpWaitTimer
is a subject token of the event message, and it specifies the new TmpWaitTimer
attribute(s). This structure contains the ZTMF-DDL-TmpWaitTimer.ZType field,
which has one of the following values:
ZTMF-VAL-TmpWaitTimer-Off
ZTMF-VAL-TmpWaitTimer-Auto
ZTMF-VAL-TmpWaitTimer-Man
If the value is ZTMF-VAL-TmpWaitTimer-Man, the ZTMF-DDL-
