538: ZTMF-EVT-HungTxsTimer-Alter
An operator or subsystem control program (SPI requestor) issued an ALTER TMF,
HUNGTXSTIMER command for changing the HUNGTXSTIMER attribute value.

identifies the TMF process that generated the event. The value of this token for this
event is ZTMF-VAL-PROC-TMP.
