Recovery. Issue the command again with the correct attribute value.
00005 zacs^err^alter^inv
ACS 00005 Error in executing ALTER command
Cause. An ALTER ACS command was issued while the ACS subsystem was in the STARTING,
STARTED, or STOPPING state.
Effect. The command fails.
Recovery. Use the STATUS command to check the current state of the ACS subsystem. Issue the
ALTER ACS command again when the ACS subsystem is in the STOPPED state.
00006 zacs^err^case^val^inv
ACS 00006 Error in command
Cause. The ACS subsystem detected an internal inconsistency that prevents further processing.
Effect. The SCF process either stops or is put into DEBUG mode depending upon the value of the
parameter SCF^DEBUG^ENABLE.
Recovery. Restart SCF and issue the command again. If repeated attempts to issue the command
fail, gather all relevant EMS logs and SaveAbend files and other information relevant to the error
(see “If You Have to Call Your Service Provider” (page 85)) and contact your service provider.
00007 zacs^err^delete^obj
ACS 00007 The ACS object cannot be deleted
Cause. A DELETE ACS command was issued while the ACS subsystem was in the STARTING,
STARTED, or STOPPING state.
Effect. The command fails.
Recovery. Use the STOP command to stop the ACS subsystem completely before issuing the DELETE
command again. Use the STATUS command to check the current state of the ACS subsystem.
00008 zacs^err^start^obj
ACS 00008 ACS subsystem cannot be started
Cause. A START ACS command was issued while the ACS subsystem was in the STOPPING state
or while ACS core processes ($ZPnn, $ZCSnn, $ZLnn) were still running on some of the
processors.
Effect. The command fails.
Recovery. Use the STATUS command to check the current state of the ACS subsystem before issuing
the START command again. Check all processors to ensure that no processes are running using
the ACS reserved process names.
00009 zacs^err^stop^obj
ACS 00009 ACS subsystem cannot be stopped
Cause. A STOP ACS command was issued while the ACS subsystem was in the ADDED, STARTING,
or STOPPING state.
Effect. The command fails.
