The security attributes are the same as the Guardian security attributes. The possible values are:
Any local userA
A group member or owner“G”
Owner only“O”
Local super ID“-”
Any local or remote user“N”
Any member of owner's community (local or remote user having same group ID as owner)“C”
Any member of owner's user class (local or remote user having same group ID and user
ID as owner)
“U”
Quotation marks are required. The default value is “O”.
CAUTION: The owner of this system is the super ID. Allowing the security to default to “N” results in a security risk
for your system.
SPREBALANCEMODE rbmodeval
specifies the mode in which PATHMON exhibits the enhanced rebalancing of server process after
processor reload. The valid values for this attribute are DISABLE, AUTO, and MANUAL. For more

Consideration
All Pathway object attributes can be changed before a cold start.

NOTE: The configuration in this example does not include requestor objects that run under
Pathway/iTS.
SHUTDOWN Command (Old)
The SHUTDOWN command stops the PATHMON-controlled objects.
NOTE: The SHUTDOWN2 command replaces the SHUTDOWN command. HP recommends that you
use the SHUTDOWN2 command for a faster, more reliable means of stopping your Pathway
environment. The SHUTDOWN command is still available to maintain backward compatibility.
