The fields in this display are as follows:
DescriptionDisplay Field
PATHMON process name and current state. Possible state values are:
STARTING A cold or cool start has not completed.
PATHMON -
STATE
RUNNING A cold or cool start has completed.
SHUTTINGDOWN A shutdown request has not completed.
Primary and backup CPUs in which the PATHMON process is running. The processor numbers displayed
are the current CPUs for these processes and not necessarily the CPUs configured for the PATHMON
process. Use the INFO PATHMON command to find the configured backup processor number.
If the PATHMON backup process is not running, the PATHMON process does not display a number for
the backup process.
CPUS
The current state and name of the file. Possible state values are:
CLOSED The file is closed.
PATHCTL
OPEN The file is open.
The type of logging defined, current state, and name of the indicated log file.
Possible logging types are:
LOG1 and
LOG2
S The log file is open for status logging.
E The log file is open for event logging.
Possible state values are:
CLOSED The file is closed.
OPEN The file is open.
Last error for the indicated fileERROR
The PATHMON process internal identifier of a requestor. An A next to the requestor number indicates
that the PATHMON process is completing a request for a requestor that aborted.
REQNUM
Requestor type. Possible values are:FILE
The requestor is a LINKMON process.LINKMON
The task that writes log messages to the log file. This is always reqnum = 0 and is
displayed only if the task is waiting.
LOG
The requestor is a PATHCOM process.PATHCOM
The requestor is a TCP running in this Pathway environment.TCP
The requestor is a TCP running in another Pathway environment.EXT TCP
The requestor is the operating system; that is, a system message is being processed.SYS
The requestor type is SPI.SPI
