NUMSTATIC ZNUMSTATIC Values: 0 through 4095; must not exceed value
of MAXSERVERS.
The number of dynamic servers for a
server class is MAXSERVERS minus
NUMSTATIC.
For better performance, the value
should be close to or equal to
MAXSERVERS.
Default: 0 (all servers are dynamic)
OUT ZOUT Values: Name of output file.
Default (SERVER):
Spaces are passed for file name.
Default (PATHCOM):
Output directed to PATHCOM list file
(typically the home terminal).
OWNERID ZOWNERID Values: [system-number.] group-number, user-
number or [nodename.]

20 less than the priority of PATHMON.
