Domain Coordinator Process ($ZACS)
The domain coordinator process is the ACS subsystem manager process. Only one
instance of this process occurs in a system that coordinates and manages the ACS
domain resources configured for the subsystem. It also creates the initialization file
(BCINI), which contains the ACS subsystem configuration.
