subsystem-state
the state of the ACS subsystem. Valid values are: DEFINED, STARTING, STARTED,
STOPPING, STOPPED, and UNKNOWN.
<nnnn, nnnn, nnnn, nnnn>
the status of each processor. Each digit (n) represents a specific processor, beginning
with CPU 0 on the left through CPU 15 on the far right. Valid values are:

This value rarely is displayed. In this version of TS/MP, 0 has the same
meaning as 1; the value is reserved for future use.

The CPU is up and ACS subsystem processes are available to accept
Pathsend requests.

The CPU is physically halted or does not exist.

Either one or more ACS subsystem processes in the CPU have failed but
the CPU is still enabled, or the ACS object is in the STOPPED state.
