Setting X.25 Network Options
Use SETMODE 32 to set the network incoming Call Negotiation parameters.
Reinitializing SETMODE and SETPARAM Values
Use SETMODE 28 to reset the parameter values set by the SETMODE and
SETPARAM procedure to the values configured for the subdevice.
Retrieving Call Request Information
Use the following SETPARAM procedures to retrieve call information:
SETMODE 6 Set line spacing. SETMODE 6 is accepted but not used when the
terminal is in page mode. It becomes effective when the terminal
mode is changed to conversation mode.
SETMODE 7 (PAD param 13.) Set automatic linefeed after receiving a carriage
return (CR) line termination character. SETMODE 7 is accepted
but not used when the terminal is in page mode. It becomes
effective when the terminal mode is changed to conversation
mode.
SETMODE 20 (PAD param 2.) Set the echo mode. SETMODE 20 is accepted
but not used when the terminal is in page mode. It becomes
effective when the terminal mode is changed to conversation
mode.
SETMODE 27 Set spacing. SETMODE 27 is accepted but not used when the
terminal is in page mode. It becomes effective when the terminal
mode is changed to conversation mode.
SETPARAM 1 Get the remote DTE address.
SETPARAM 7 Get the configured Closed User Group (CUG) ID.
SETPARAM 23 Get the port number (the range is 0 to 9999).
SETPARAM 29 Get the local NSAP address.
SETPARAM 30 Get the remote NSAP address.
SETPARAM 31 Get the local NSAP address type.
SETPARAM 32 Get the remote NSAP address type.
SETPARAM 33 Get the Closed User Group type (CUGTYPE).
SETPARAM 34 Get the configured bilateral Closed User Group (BCUG) ID.
SETPARAM 35 Get the Recognized Private Operating Agency (RPOA) Data
Network Identification Code(s) (DNIC).
SETPARAM 36 Get the transit delay value from the last call request packet.
SETPARAM 37 Get the optional CCITT-specified DTE facilities (throughput class,
end-to-end transit delay, and expedited data facilities).
