ITI Programming Tasks
Setting Call Request Information
Depending upon the procedure, call request information can be set by one or more of
these:
An incoming packet
An SCF ADD or ALTER command
A previous SETPARAM procedure
Use the following SETPARAM functions to set Call Request information:
Waiting for an Incoming Call
Your application waits for an Incoming Call that has been directed to the subdevice that
it has opened.
Use CONTROL 11 to wait for an Incoming Call. If the CONTROL operation completes
normally, the circuit is established and an Incoming Call has been received and a Call
Accepted is sent.
Posting a Call Request
Use CONTROL 17 to post a Call Request. A Call Request is sent and a network
response is received. If the CONTROL operation completes normally, the call has been

SETPARAM 39 Get the reason the call was redirected or deflected.
SETPARAM 40 Get the reason the called address was modified.
SETPARAM 41 Get the dynamic Call User Data (CUD) values for this session.
SETPARAM 1 Set the remote DTE address.
SETPARAM 7 Set the configured Closed User Group (CUG) number.
SETPARAM 29 Set the local NSAP address.
SETPARAM 30 Set the remote NSAP address.
SETPARAM 31 Set the local NSAP address type.
SETPARAM 32 Set the remote NSAP address type.
SETPARAM 33 Set the Closed User Group type (CUGTYPE).
SETPARAM 34 Set the configured bilateral Closed User Group (BCUG) ID.
SETPARAM 35 Set the Recognized Private Operating Agency (RPOA) Data
Network Identification Code(s) (DNIC).
SETPARAM 36 Set the transit delay value.
SETPARAM 37 Set the optional CCITT-specified DTE facilities (throughput class,
end-to-end transit delay, and expedited data facilities).
SETPARAM 41 Set the dynamic Call User Data (CUD) values for this session.
