This sub-section shows the limitations associated to this VTC, according the
license key entered in the Domain page.
SCSI ports: Maximum number of SCSI ports allowed to concurrently load tape
volumes. More ports can be configured and associated tape devices started for
fail-over purpose.
FC ports: Maximum number of FC ports allowed to concurrently load a tape
volume. More ports can be configured and associated tape devices started for
fail-over purpose.
Encryption devices: Maximum number of tape devices licensed to be
concurrently in use for encrypted volumes (VLE CLIM or VTC client to Key
manager).

This sub-section shows some of main attributes of the VTC / Windows server.
Host Name: This is the computer name as seen inside the Windows server.
System: such as Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008 R2.
Service Pack: Possible Microsoft Service Pack.
Architecture: Windows 32 or 64 bits.
VTC version: H04.00.12. The two first sections identify the BackPak package
version number, the latest section is the build number of the running VTC.
VTC Ports
This table of ports shows all target-mode physical ports the VTC is internally configured
to operate. Virtual devices can be added in the domain configuration only on these
ports.
When the VTC can be reached, the identification and status of these ports is displayed.
When the VTC cannot be reached, only the ports of tape devices already configured are
displayed, and the VTC configuration cannot be updated.
Port: VTC internal port identification:
Type (SCSI, FC, BRIDGE, RELAY or EXTERN) and port number.
SCSI is for a copper SCSI cable attachment.
