Sample SSL setup for BackBox
Configuration of each connection
(1) The NonStop TCPIP LISTNER configuration associates port 4561 to a specific
BackPak Domain Manager (PORTCONF file).
(2) In the NonStop, the SSL proxy server forwards incoming sessions
from local port 14561 to address 127.0.0.1 port 4561
(3) In the GUI running on the workstation,
127.0.0.1 port 4561 is entered in the Domain Address Configuration.
(4) In the workstation, the SSL proxy client forwards incoming sessions
from local port 4561 to address 192.168.3.1 port 14561
(5) In the GUI running on each VTC,
127.0.0.1 port 4561 is entered as Domain Address Configuration.
(6) In each VTC, the SSL proxy client forwards incoming sessions
from local port 4561 to address 192.168.3.1 port 14561
(7) In the NonStop configuration of the EMS Extractor (BBEXTCFG file),
127.0.0.1 port 4561 is entered as domain address and port.
(8) In the peripheral NonStop configuration of the EMS Extractor (BBEXTCFG file),
127.0.0.1 port 4561 is entered as domain address and port.
(9) In the peripheral NonStop, the SSL proxy client forwards incoming sessions
from local port 4561 to address 192.168.3.1 port 14561
