ADD DEVICE Command
TYPE devsubtype
is the device subtype for this line-logical device. The device subtypes for line-
logical devices are listed in Table 13-2.
RSIZE rsize
specifies the time factor of the line for the Expand routing algorithm. RSIZE can be
0 if the time factor is set using some other modifier.
MULTI path_name
is the name of the path-logical device you want to associate with this line. (You
created a path-logical device in Step 3: Create a Path-Logical Device.)
required_modifier modifier_value
is the name of a required modifier and its associated value in profile_name.
required_modifier and modifier_value are added to the device record for
this line-logical device.

ADAPTER concname
is the ServerNet wide area network (SWAN) concentrator to be used by this line.

CLIP clipnum
is the communications line interface processor (CLIP) number on the SW
