JDBC Type 4 Driver 2.0 Programmer's Reference (SQL/MX 2.x)

Updated the Note as the BLOB data types are supported with this release when using stored
procedures in Java (SPJs).

Updated Appendix to include sample program for accessing stored procedure with BLOB as input
parameter and Stored Procedure in Java using BLOB as Input Parameter.
