IP Addresses
NonStop NS2200 series servers require Internet protocol (IP) addresses for these components that
are connected to the dedicated service LAN:
• VIO enclosure logic boards
• Maintenance switches
• System consoles
• CLIM maintenance interfaces (eth0)
• CLIM iLOs
• Blade iLOs
• iPDUs in Intelligent racks
• UPSs (optional)
These components have default IP addresses that are preconfigured at the factory. You can change
these preconfigured IP addresses to addresses appropriate for the LAN environment:
