About This Document
This guide describes the HP Integrity NonStop™ NS2400 series systems and provides examples
of system configurations to assist you in planning for installation of a new system.
Supported Release Version Updates (RVUs)
This publication supports J06.17 and all subsequent J-series RVUs until otherwise indicated by its
replacement publication.
Intended Audience
This guide is written for those responsible for planning the installation, configuration, and
maintenance of the NonStop NS2400 series system and the software environment at a particular
site. Appropriate personnel must have completed HP training courses on system support for NonStop
NS2400 series systems.
NOTE: NonStop NS2400 series systems refers to hardware systems. J-series refers to release
version updates (RVUs).
