The FASTPXNS print process allows you to use the Spooler to print documents on the
Xerox 4050 Laser Printing System and other similar Xerox high-speed printers
connected through an Ethernet network.
The FASTPXNS print process uses the following communications standards:

Note. This product has been tested with the following Xerox printer models: 4050, 4090, 4850,
4890 and 4135. Other printers that support XNS through an HIP task might also work with this
product; however, other models have not been tested and might vary significantly in operation.
Note. For the remainder of this section, 4050 refers to all Xerox printer types unless otherwise
indicated.
