Reading Trace Output
Table 8-2 summarizes the identifier and data records that can only appear in
FASTPTCP trace files.
Reading an Unstructured Shadow Trace File
An unstructured format shadow trace file is only supported by FASTPTCP.
To format and view the trace output of an unstructured shadow trace file, use the
SHAP utility
, which is automatically installed in $dsv.ZTCPPRT when FASTTCP is
installed.
To run the SHAP utility, enter the following command:

shadow-file
specifies the name of the unstructured shadow output file produced by FASTPTCP.
