is the process name of the FASTPTCP process.
device-name
is the Spooler device name.
file-name
is the name of the file where the error occurred.
file-err
is a file-system error code. See the Guardian Procedure Errors and Messages
Manual for explanations of file-system errors.
Cause. An open error occurred while processing a CONTROLBUF 130 request.
Effect. The CONTROLBUF 130 request is ignored.
Recovery. Correct the data in the CONTROLBUF 130 request.
