FASTPTCP also displays the message:
DEV: device-name not defined in FASTKCON/FASTCNFG
FASTPXNS Param: PRINTERADDRESS
FASTPSMB Param: CONTYPE
FASTPNOV Param: CONTYPE
FASTPX25 FASTPX25 can operate without a FASTCNFG device entry and will not
generate this message just because a device is not defined in
FASTCNFG.
Effect. No printing occurs, the Spooler job is requeued, and the Spooler device is
placed offline.
Recovery. Add the device record to FASTCNFG as described in Troubleshooting and
Reporting Problems on page 8-1. If necessary, run FASTKCUT to generate the
FASTKCON file, and restart the Spooler device. (Depending on the device
configuration, the device might restart automatically.)

is the process number (CPU, PIN) of the process.
device-name
is the Spooler device name.
Cause. FASTCNFG or FASTKCON was changed while a F
ASTP network print
process was active, and the print process had already printed one or more jobs for the
device and had started another print job.
Effect. No printing occurs, the Spooler job is requeued, and the Spooler device is
placed offline with error 66.
Recovery. Restart the Spooler device. (Depending on the device configuration, the
device might restart automatically.)
