FASTP EMS 512 Text Messages
NetWare Error=Hex 00110084, Hex 0011009B, Hex 0011009C, Hex 0011009E,
Hex 001100F8, or Hex 001100FF
Cause. The NetWare file server connection or the file handle has become corrupted.
Effect. FASTPNOV puts any devices representing print queues for the NetWare file
server offline.
Recovery. Ensure that the connection entry in the FASTCNFG file is valid and that the
NetWare LAN is operating. Restart the Spooler device. (Depending on the device
configuration, the device might restart automatically.)

is the process number (CPU, PIN) of the process.
device-name
is the Spooler device name.
Cause. This message applies to FASTPTCP only. FASTPTCP could not find a device
record for the specified device in a FASTKCON or FASTCNFG file. This message is
accompanied by the message:
proc-num DEV: device-name FASTCNFG error in: cnfg-file Param:
ADDRESS
Effect. No printing occurs, the Spooler job is requeued, and the Spooler device is
placed offline.
Recovery. Add the device record to F
ASTCNFG as described in FASTCNFG
DEVICE, HOSTS, and POLLTYPE Configuration for FASTPTCP on page 3-13. If
necessary, run FASTKCUT to generate the F
ASTKCON file, and restart the Spooler
device. (Depending on the device configuration, the device might restart automatically.)
