Stopping and Restarting Processes
Stop and then restart the system.

TMP
1. Stop TMF to obtain a clean shutdown with all active transactions completed.
2. Stop TMF abruptly to stop and then recreate the primary and backup TMP
processes.
3. Restart TMF.

Backout and catalog processes
Stop and restart TMF. The TMP then restarts the process automatically.
