When an FCSA is inserted or replaced, the adapter might not be
displayed in Physical view (in the View pane).
Recovery
In the Tree pane, click on an object in another group, then back to
the group containing the FCSA, the FCSA should now appear in the
Physical view.
Workaround
None.
Solution 10-040816-8859
When a G4SA is powered off using the OSM Service Connection, a 500
series error is displayed in place of the Physical view in the View
pane.
Recovery
Right-click on the OSM View pane and select Refresh (do not select
Refresh from the Internet Explorer View menu). The Physical view
should now be restored in the View pane.
Workaround
None.
o Safeguard (T9750)
Solution 10-041116-1788
Under the following conditions:
1. An object is added to Safeguard protection with the Access
Control List (ACL) that grants secondary ownership to a node
specific user.
2. The Node specific user tries to alter the ACL from the specific
node.
Objects having ACLs that grant secondary ownership to a user from a
specific node, cannot be managed by that user through SAFECOM from
the specified node. The following error message occurs:
*ERROR* RECORD FOR DISKFILE filename: SECURITY VIOLATION

o SNAX/XF (T9064)

Under the following circumstances:
1. A SNAX over Token-Ring environment is used
2. The Physical Unit (PU) associated with a PAM process is up and
data transfer is in progress
3. The Primary of PAM and SNAX Line Handler are running on two
different processors
