SYMPTOMS:
The Heap Manager Selection option in the Planner Interface is not visible
when a COPYTO operation is performed for G-series RVUs.
CONDITIONS:
The problem is encountered when performing a COPYTO operation of a
G-series RVU to a new configuration to be built for an S-series system.
LIKELIHOOD:
Likely, by few.
DIRECT IMPACT:
None
SIDE-EFFECTS:
None
WORKAROUND:
1. Create a new configuration to be built for the S-series system.
2. Perform a COPYTO to copy the new RVU to the configuration.
3. Retain the required heap manager product in the configuration and delete
the
other heap manager product that is not required to be installed.
RECOVERY:
Reinstall the same RVU after completing the preceding workaround.
