Cluster I/O Protocols (CIP)

SYMPTOM/PROBLEM:

ZCIPGP is new for H06.14. ZCIPGP enables ZMODGP to automatically

add the zzcip and cipmon persistent processes. However, this

might cause a problem when migrating from H06.12 or H06.13 to

H06.14 or later RVUs. ZPHIRNM returns ZMODGP error

?KERNEL E00012 Wrong filecode for PROGRAM? when trying to add

ZZCIP or CIPMON.

WORKAROUNDS:

If ZPHIRNM returns ZMODGP error

?KERNEL E00012 Wrong filecode for PROGRAM? when trying to add

ZZCIP or CIPMON, then

1) coldload to the new SYSnn and

2) re-run ZPHIRNM and override the

"** E03 ZPHIRNM has already activated ..." message
