HPMS OSM ACL Enhancements
OSM Service Connection (T0682H02^ACJ) adds support for:
• Controlling user privileges for performing OSM actions through the new Access Control List
feature in the OSM Service Connection.

Safeguard V4R11 Enhancements
Safeguard includes these enhancements:
• The PASSWORD-UPPERCASE-REQUIRED, PASSWORD-LOWERCASE-REQUIRED,
PASSWORD-NUMERIC-REQUIRED, and PASSWORD-SPECIALCHAR-REQUIRED attributes can
now be used with DES encryption as well.
• The PASSWORD-ALPHA-REQUIRED attribute can be used to generate alphabetic character(s)
in a user password.
• The following new password attributes allow the user to specify a numeric value for each
attribute to achieve the required password complexity:
◦ PASSWORD-MIN-UPPERCASE-REQUIRED
◦ PASSWORD-MIN-LOWERCASE-REQUIRED
◦ PASSWORD-MIN-NUMERIC-REQUIRED
◦ PASSWORD-MIN-SPECIALCHAR-REQUIRED
◦ PASSWORD-MIN-ALPHA-REQUIRED
• A new Safeguard security group SECURITY-PRIVILEGE-ADMINISTRATOR (SPA) has been
introduced in this release. Members of this security group are granted additional security
management privileges over normal users, such as the ability to set file privileges for Guardian
and OSS files and set or reset the RESTRICTEDACCESS attribute of the OSS filesets.
No firmware updates are required.

NonStop SSH
As of H06.22 (SPR T0801^AAS), a configuration file named SSHMCFG has been added for
exclusive use by SSH2 processes $ZSSP0 and $ZSSP1 configured for the maintenance LAN. The
original SSHCFG file can be used for SSH2 processes configured for non-maintenance LANs.
