The 645210-003 edition contained the following changes:
• Introductory microcode and firmware information in “Managing Microcode and Firmware”
(page 25) has been updated to reference the NonStop Firmware Matrices for compatible
firmware versions.
• “Managing CLIM Firmware” (page 35) is updated to reference the NonStop Firmware Matrices
for compatible firmware on CLIM components and to use the Cluster I/O Protocols (CIP)
Configuration and Management Manual for upgrade instructions.
• Additional information about USERID attributes for persistent processes has been added to
“DSM/SCM Upgrade Issues/Interoperability SPR Requirements” (page 59) in “H06.18”
(page 59) of Chapter 3.
The 645210-002 edition contained the following changes:
• “Re-configure iTP Webserver” (page 125) was added to “Upgrade Checklist” (page 63) as a
requirement if iTP Webserver was installed prior to an RVU upgrade.
• “Re-deploy NonStop SOAP 4” (page 125) was added to “Upgrade Checklist” (page 63) as a
requirement if NonStop SOAP 4 was installed prior to an RVU upgrade.
• The T9050AQM fallback SPR was changed to T9053AQM in Table 10 (page 65).

• Upgrading HP NonStop system console workstation applications. To install or upgrade HP
and third-party system console client software, such as OSM client-based components, see
the NonStop System Console Installer Guide.
• Installing and configuring OSM server components. To install and configure OSM server
components, and start using client-based components, see the OSM Configuration Guide.
• Installing, configuring, and migrating to HP NonStop SQL/MX. The SQL/MX Installation and
Management Guide or SQL/MX Installation and Upgrade Guide provides step-by-step
instructions for installing and configuring NonStop SQL/MX. For information about migrating
a NonStop SQL/MX or NonStop SQL/MP database to an H-series RVU and falling the
