Fallback Considerations
If you use the -hashAlgorithm option and fall back to older versions, the iTP Secure
WebServer fails to start. Delete the -hashAlgorithm option from the
AcceptSecureTransport directive to start the iTP Secure Webserver.
Older versions of iTP Secure WebServer are not compatible with the MaxPostRequestSize
directive. Startup fails if this directive is used. Delete the MaxPostRequestSize directive
from the configuration file to start the iTP Secure Webserver.
Older versions of iTP Secure WebServer are not compatible with the ClientCADatabase
directive. The iTP Secure WebServer startup fails if this directive is used. Delete the
ClientCADatabase directive from the configuration file to start the iTP Secure Webserver.
Expand Priority L4RTT FindBestLine
This feature provides NonStop system operators greater control over network latency issues while
also improving monitoring of Expand network performance and statistics. Highlights of this new
feature include:
SCF PATH NODE STATS command now displays L4 Round-Trip-Time and Standard
Deviation facilitating prompt evaluation of the performance of Expand network lines.
If network latency issues occur, a NonStop system operator can now alleviate these by altering
individual Expand LINEPRIORITY and DELAY modifiers without aborting the line or disrupting
network traffic.
Enhancing the line selection algorithm on a Expand multi-line path to direct network traffic in
round robin fashion to the best possible line for data transmission based on characteristics
such as line priority, time factor, speed and delay.
Displaying current and maximum outstanding messages on the receive queue as part of the
Expand line-handler’s path statistics.
For more information, refer to the Expand Configuration and Management Manual.
