New Remote Support Solution for NonStop Systems
HP Insight Remote Support Advanced (Insight RSA) is now qualified for NonStop BladeSystems
and NonStop NS-Series servers. Insight RSA provides remote support for NonStop systems,
replacing the OSM Notification Director remote support solutions, both modem-based and in
conjunction with HP Instant Support Enterprise Edition (ISEE). As a plug-in to HP Systems
Insight Manager (SIM), Insight RSA enhances HP SIM with intelligent event diagnosis and
automatic, secure submission of hardware event notifications to HP support, including
acknowledgment and status.
