New and Changed Information in Previous Editions
Change bars for previous editions have been retained in the current edition.
The 584300-011 edition contained these changes:
• Support for the DHCP DNS configuration wizard
• Support for NonStop Software Essentials
• Changes to privilege requirements for running SSOCLIM after RVU and CLIM fallback
The 584300-010 edition contained additional information about USERID attributes for persistent
processes in “DSM/SCM Upgrade Issues/Interoperability SPR Requirements” (page 35), which is
marked with change bars.
The 584300-009 edition contained the following changes:
• All acronym definitions were moved to the glossary. Hyper links are provided from the acronym
to the term in the glossary.
• Stronger language regarding the importance of the NonStop Firmware Matrices was added
to “Managing Microcode and Firmware” (page 23) and to “Managing CLIM Firmware”
(page 29).
• The“Managing Server Blade Firmware” (page 25) was reorganized, with firmware levels
moved to the NonStop Firmware Matrices.
