Safeguard Enhancements
Safeguard includes these enhancements:
• Process identity attributes are updated dynamically when the corresponding user’s audit
and group attributes are modified.
• The disk file pattern protection records are persistent at the volume level.
• The Safeguard secondary audit record with text area type Object, generated when a Guardian
process is created, is enhanced to include the program file name of the executable from
which the process is created.
• The Safeguard primary audit record is enhanced to include the program file name of the
process which initiates the audited operation.
