6. Click OK when asked if you are sure you want to halt.
7. When the Action Status box confirms that all the processors have been halted, close the
Processor Status dialog box.
8. Do not log off the OSM Low-Level Link.
Perform a System Load
A normal system load consists of loading the operating system from disk into the memory of
processor 0 or processor 1.
See Chapter 9: “Loading This RVU”, for information on performing a system load.
Start Your Applications and Processes
After you have reloaded the processors and the Processor Status screen shows all processors
executing the NonStop operating system, you can start your applications and processes. See
Chapter 10: “Resuming Normal Operations”.
Verify that your system is up and running. See Chapter 9: “Loading This RVU”.
