NonStop Firmware Matrices

Using the HP Business Support Center or the HP Support
Center to Download Firmware Components Not Delivered
on the SUT
If you encounter an invalid link to the download location listed in “NonStop Supported Levels for
J06.04–J06.17 and H06.15–H06.28 for Firmware Not Delivered on the SUT ” (page 12), you
can use these steps to download the firmware from the HP Business Support Center or the HP
Support Center.
For the HP Business Support Center
1. Click www.hp.com.
2. Click Support & Drivers.
3. Enter the product name, for example, BL860c i2, in the Search field and click Search.
4. Select your component and download the appropriate firmware.
5. The default firmware for download will be the latest version. To download an older required
version, go the Revision History tab and scroll down to find the required version.
For the HP Support Center
1. Click http://www.hp.com/go/hpsc
2. Under Featured support services > Download options, click Drivers, Software & Firmware.
3. Enter your product under Find an HP product, or navigate to your product.
4. Enter your component and download the appropriate firmware.
5. The default firmware for download will be the latest version. To download an older required
version, go the Revision History tab and scroll down to find the required version.
NOTE:
• For Integrity BL860c or BL860c i2 firmware, go to the Download drivers and software page
and click Cross operating system (BIOS, Firmware, Diagnostics, etc.). Then select and download
the appropriate firmware.
• For Integrity BL860c i2, the Download drivers and software page has several firmware
categories that include Firmware - Bundle and Firmware - System. For updating the
Integrity BL860c i2 blade in NB54000c, please select Firmware - System.
• Firmware for Integrity BL860c i2 blades are bundled in multi-part downloads and are packaged
for installation from a console or PC running Windows or Linux. For NonStop systems, you
must choose the Bundle for Windows and install the firmware from the NonStop System Console
on the dedicated service LAN.
• The default firmware version for download from the hp.com Support & Drivers site might be
newer than the version recommended in this document for NonStop systems. To download a
previous firmware version, click on the Revision History tab on the firmware description page.
Under the Revision History tab, find and click on the link for the firmware version recommended
in this document.
