Replacing defective
memory CRUs
Remove the PMF CRU from its
enclosure.
1.
Remove the defective memory CRUs
from the PMF CRU.
2.
Install replacement memory CRUs
on the PMF CRU.
3.
Reinstall the PMF CRU in its
enclosure.
4.
Replacing a PMF CRU, and
the replacement PMF CRU
does not contain memory
Remove the PMF CRU from its
enclosure.
1.
Remove the memory CRUs from that
PMF CRU.
2.
Install the same memory CRUs on
the replacement PMF CRU.
3.
Install the replacement PMF CRU in
its enclosure.
