2 Verify that the TCP/IP subnet is in the STOPPED state.
Use the following SCF STATUS SUBNET command for conventional
TCP/IP:
STATUS SUBNET
$<tcpip-process-name>.#<subnet-name>
Or, use the following SCF STATUS SUBNET command for Parallel
Library TCP/IP:
STATUS SUBNET $<tcpip-process-name>.*.<subnet-name>
