Fans Do Not Power On in IOMF 2 Enclosure

Symptom

When you power on an I/O enclosure containing IOMF 2 CRUs, its fans do

not power on.

Problem

Incorrect fan installation or hardware defect.

Fix

Ensure that both fan CRUs are present and fully seated.1.

Ensure that the fan wiring harness is connected to the enclosure.2.

Ensure that no fault LEDs are lit on the power shelf. If fault LEDs are lit, correct

the problems indicated by those LEDs.
