Symptom
The OSM or TSM Low-Level Link Application shows incorrect
customer-replaceable unit (CRU) or field-replaceable unit (FRU) states
(such as continuing to show a CRU or FRU as down after it has been
replaced with a working CRU or FRU).

Possibilities include the following:
The window might not be refreshing properly.●
Service processors (SPs) are failing to report the status of the CRU
or FRU.

Something is wrong with the CRU or FRU itself.●
Fix
For the OSM Low-Level Link or for TSM client software Version 5.0 and
later, first select Display>Refresh.
