Symptom
From the TSM EMS Event Viewer Event Summary dialog box, I am not
able to access Recovery information for a specific event. After selecting an
event, the Detail command, available from the Display menu, does not
include information about recovery actions.
Version
All.
Problem
The method for accessing event Cause, Effect, and Recovery information
is not obvious.
Fix
On the Event Summary dialog box, select an event and press F1. A
window appears displaying the event Cause, Effect, and Recovery
information.
