Error ID 6000004
This error is returned when the adapter is not in the STARTED state. To recover from this
error, start the adapter and then retry the test action.
Error ID 6000005
This is an internal error. There is no recovery. Contact the GCSC if this error occurs.
Error ID 6000006
The power-on self-test (POST) failed. The failed LED will be set on the adapter. To recover
from this error, you must replace the adapter. For replacement instructions, see:

Error ID 6000008
The SAC was not in the STOPPED state when you executed the Test Verify test action. To
recover from this error, stop the SAC following the instructions in Preparing a SAC for the
Test Verify Test Action or Firmware Update.
Error ID 6000013
This error is returned when the firmware file specified could not be found. To recover from
this error, make sure that the correct firmware file is specified and then retry the action.
Error ID 6000014
This error is returned when the VPROC for the specified file could not be obtained. To
recover from this error, make sure that the correct firmware file is specified and then retry
the test action.
Error ID 6000016
This error is returned when the file VPROC is an empty string. There is no recovery for this
error.
