Troubleshooting the SWAN Concentrator and WAN Subsystem

What to Do if You Can't Solve a Problem
If you are unable to solve a SWAN concentrator or WAN subsystem problem, collect the
appropriate information and submit it to the Global Customer Support Center (GCSC) for
analysis. In some cases, it might be appropriate to trace a communications line and
provide trace information to the GCSC.
Note: There is currently no officially released trace facility for the WAN subsystem
processes and objects.
