Troubleshooting the SWAN Concentrator and WAN Subsystem

6 One ConMgr process is required for each processor that supports a device
(DEVICE object).
To determine where ConMgr processes and devices are configured, do the
following:
a. Use the SCF INFO PROCESS command to display the locations of all the
configured ConMgr processes:
INFO PROCESS $ZZWAN.#*
The example shows the output of this command and explains how to
interpret it.
b. Use the SCF INFO DEVICE command to display the locations of all the
configured devices:
INFO DEVICE $ZZWAN.#*
The example shows the output of this command and explains how to
interpret it.
7 One WANBoot process is required for each TCP/IP process that supports a
SWAN concentrator. A WANBoot process should be configured to run in the
same processor as its associated primary TCP/IP process.
Use the SCF INFO PROCESS command to show the WANBoot processes
configured on the system:
INFO PROCESS $ZZWAN.#*
The example shows the output of this command and explains how to interpret
it.
8 Although SNMP trap multiplexer processes are not required by the SWAN
concentrator, you should configure one or more of these processes for
debugging purposes.
Use the SCF INFO PROCESS command to show the SNMP trap multiplexer
processes configured on the system:
INFO PROCESS $ZZWAN.#*
The example shows the output of this command and explains how to interpret
it.
