System Management Homepage (SMH)

The System Management Homepage Environment page does not have temperature
sensor descriptions
Issue On rx2620 servers with firmware bundle version 8.1 or later, and on rx3600 and
rx6600 servers with firmware bundle version 13.2 or later, the System
Management Homepage >Recovery > Environment page shows temperature
sensors that are lacking a description under the Location column. These are a new
type of sensor that the management agent cannot read completely. However,
temperature event logging and alert generation are not affected by this display
issue.
Workaround There is no workaround at this time.
rx3600 HP Insight Management Agents in the SMH System Page do not list DIMM 1A/1B
information in the 4-socket memory extender configuration with socket 1A/1B
populated.
Issue In SMH the System Board page Memory Modules section does not list DIMM
1A/1B information. The Total Memory field in the Memory section does include
DIMM 1A/1B if they are populated.
Workaround Use the amount shown in the Total Memory field in the Memory section as the total
memory size. To view which DIMMs are actually populated go to the EFI shell and use the info mem
command. The info mem results should be similar to the following:

The System Management Homepage does not show components under Version
Control.
Issue The 4.5 version of Management Agents does not show the following components:
• HP Storage Works Event Notification Driver for Ultra320 SCSI devices for
Windows Server 2003 on Itanium-based systems (CP006112, printss.sys)
• HP Ultra 160 SCSI Controller Driver for Windows Server 2003 on Itanium
based systems (CP006358, sym_u3.sys)
