This is only set if the system will gracefully attempt to
shutdown the system if the threshold is crossed.
UpperThresholdFatal Contains the threshold temperature that
CurrentReading must exceed to be fatal. This is only set
if the system will immediately power down the system if
the threshold is crossed.
