Mass Storage (Disk) Backplane
Internal mass storage connections to disks are routed on the mass storage backplane, which has
connectors and termination logic. All hard disks are hot-plug but removable media disks are not
hot-plug. The server accommodates two internal, removable media devices. Power connectors for
removable media devices are on the mass storage backplane. For more information, see Figure 11.
