rx8620, rx7620 EBSU’s Maintain Firmware feature displays some I/O card firmware values as
“unknown” in the “Local version” column
Issue EBSU's Maintain Firmware feature displays some I/O card firmware values as
“unknown” in the “Local version” column. This happens when the card firmware
does not return a data structure that EBSU recognizes, either because the card
firmware is configured for 32-bit systems, or it lacks an EFI driver, or has
corrupted firmware.
Workaround Try flashing the card firmware to correct the problem. If the card still has
“unknown” values after flashing it and resetting the system, contact your local
support specialist or visit http://www.hp.com/support/itaniumservers for help.

The Modular Smart Array (MSA) Flash tool used on Active-Active and Active-Passive
controllers may fail with Storport driver KB91608 installed.
Issue MSA flash utility version 6.86.1.52 used on Active-Active MSA Controllers, and
version 5.10.1.52 used on Active-Passive Controllers will fail to run when the
latest Storport driver (KB916048) is installed.
Workaround Use the MSA Flash utility with the fix that will be available on the HP web site at:

The ACU does not detect LUNs (logical unit number) attached to an AB379A or
AB429A HBA that has been swapped or added using the Online Add/Replace function
when the ACU is running.
Issue The ACU will not detect any LUNs attached to an AB379A or AB429A HBA that
has been swapped or added using the Online Add/Replace function while the
ACU was running.
Workaround Stopping and restarting the ACU corrects this issue. The ACU will then see the
LUNs attached to the AB 379A or AB 429A HBAs.

Hot-Plugged Fibre Channel HBA may initialize to the incorrect SCSIPort/Miniport
driver
Issue A hot-plug inserted Fibre Channel HBA using the STORPort/Miniport driver may
initialize and connect to the SCSIPort/Miniport driver.
