CLI: capreport tool
Capacity Advisor contains a command-line tool called capreport that allows historical utilization
reports to be generated for workloads in the VSE environment. The capreport tool generates the
report as a series of HTML files and subdirectories. By default, this output is in the current working
directory from where the tool is run. In the following example, the tool is run in /tmp:

The main output files are the index.html file and a file for each workload or partition covered in
the report. The HTML file for the workload contains the average utilization value for that workload.
You can view the report using a browser on the CMS, as shown in the following example:
