Data Center Power Control works only on Primary Addresses of a system and cannot detect a system with a non-primary
address. If a system has IPV4 as a primary address and IPV6 as a non-primary address, Data Center Power Control only
works with the IPV4 address.
2
For VMhost with only an IPV6 address. Data Center Power Control cannot perform a graceful shutdown of guests. It will
only shutdown the hosts.
3
The Intelligent Power discovery feature is not supported when iPDU is configured with iPV6 addresses only
4
You can purchase the RPS option to enable Dynamic Power Capping on this server.
5
This server supports only power/thermal monitoring and capping with certain power-supply options. For detailed
requirements, see the server QuickSpecs.
6
This server supports only Power Capping. It does not support Dynamic Power Capping.
