The Change buttons allow new images to be uploaded and various text fields to be modified. Updates can be

The Links section on the Home page of the Self Service Portal, can also be customized, by default the links are
Getting started, View services, View requests and View messages. The Organization Admin can modify the text and
the URL of these links, for example to provide a user support link for the Organization. Note that there are other ways
to access the areas accessed by the default links and thus replacing the links does not impair the ability to access
online help, view services etc.
In order to allow the easy verification of the customizations the Organization tab also has Portal Access section which
enables changes to be quickly verified by the hyperlinks to the login pages of the two Organization Portals (see
Figure 13).
The changes take place immediately as can be seen from Figures 14 and 15 which illustrate Portal customization for
the blue sky cloud organization.
