Replacement Instructions for the Water Group Controller HP Modular Cooling System

Removing the water group
controller
1. Disconnect the seven electrical cables in the front of the
water group controller.
2. Using an 8 mm socket, remove the two 8 mm nuts and
washers securing the water group controller bracket to
the water group controller chassis.
3. Disconnect the two large electrical cables from the back
of the water group controller.
4. Disconnect the green and yellow grounding wire
securing the water group controller to the water group
controller chassis.
5. Remove the water group controller (mounted on a
bracket) from the water group controller chassis.
6. Slide the water group controller off of the mounting
bracket.
